What is your return policy?
Please make sure you are able to use these types of files, as I cannot offer refunds for digital downloads. If you should have a problem, please contact me.

Will I receive a physical product?
You will get an instant download once your payment is complete. No physical products or goods will be sent to you. Your purchase will be a zip file and will include SVG, PNG, EPS, and DFX formats. Any physical item in photos are examples of what these files can be used for. These files are for cutting machines, such as Silhouette and Cricut. Silhouette users with the "basic" free version of Silhouette Studio software need to use the included DXF file. Please make sure you are able to use these types of files as I can not offer refunds for digital downloads. If you should have a problem, please contact me.
